LEED^® Implementation and Certification Application Preparation
FAR provides LEED^® implementation, documentation, and application preparation for building owners and managers. These consulting services are offered for all of the U.S. Green Building Council’s LEED^® Rating Systems including: LEED^® for Existing Buildings (LEED^®-EB), LEED^® for New Construction (LEED^®-NC) and LEED^® for Commercial Interiors (LEED^®-CI), LEED^® for Core and Shell (LEED^®-CS), and other LEED^® rating systems.

Sustainability for Companies and Organizations
FAR provides sustainability assessments and audits, goal visioning and strategy development, implementation, training, and documentation of achievements. Our services address the advancement of all three legs of the sustainability triangle: People, Planet, and Economic Prosperity. Event Emissions Quantification, Reduction and Offsets Certification
FAR works with event organizers to quantify, reduce and offset emissions caused by event activities; including emissions from event space energy use, as well as participant travel, lodging and meals. Events are certified for their level of emission reductions and offsets.

FAR provides training and education on a wide variety of environmental sustainability topics. Our Vice President, Jim Evans, frequently speaks on sustainability, environmental emissions, green buildings and LEED^® at public and private events. We also offer Green Seminars to organizations and companies interested in accelerating their understanding of and expertise in green building and sustainability.
